How Does it Work?
Customized for You
Every plan we create is developed according to what your organization seeks to accomplish – not what we “think” you need. There is no cookie cutter approach to marketing. Extensive research is conducted internally and externally to allow us to understand your organization, who you seek to reach, and what you current target base “looks like.” Strategic and tactical plans are then developed, implemented, and managed to ensure your goals become your reality.
Long-Term Partnership
We become long-term partners with our clients. Typically, we are onsite with our clients each week ensuring the marketing program has a consistent and constant touch. To most of the outside world, we appear just as one of your employees. In fact, many of our clients liken our relationship to that of a part-time marketing resource without all the hassle.

Founders Bio
Y Not Now founder, Tena Krouse, started the business in 2003 when she found a gap in the marketing industry. Many organizations needed marketing services, but could not or would not hire on a full time employee. Concerns ranged from “I cannot afford someone full time and what would I with them for forty-hours a week anyway,” to “I don’t have time to worry about that; we can just keep copying our brochures on the copy machine and getting by.” Traditional consulting arrangements weren’t working because once the consultant was gone, organizations still had to find someone to implement and maintain the effort. Options were lacking to enable organizations to have a successful, ongoing marketing effort. Tena thought, “why not provide marketing services for multiple organizations at the same time?” Y Not, indeed!
“I believe in changing things – enabling people, places, and organizations to be better off today than they were yesterday. It is great to take an organization’s plans from the infancy stage; grow and nurture it through planning, execution, and monitoring; and watch those original plans come to fruition. Plus, being a part of all that makes me feel as though I have made a difference.”
Tena brings to Y Not Now, LLC and her clients over 18 years of Marketing and Training expertise. Prior to founding Y Not Now, LLC, Tena held various marketing and sales positions within organizations to include an information assurance software manufacturer, a telecommunications firm, investment and financial planning organizations, a government reseller, banks, and credit unions.
In addition to Y Not Now, LLC, Tena is a former adjunct professor at Strayer University where she instructed students in the areas of Marketing and Business. Tena holds a Master of Science degree in Business Technologies from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.
Tena was named an American Business Women’s Association Top Ten Business Woman for 2008-2009.
